Dear Kuskokwim Learning Academy Families,

Welcome to another year at KLA!

In spite of what Covid-19 throws at us, we have found  a way to move forward!  Our students are calling-in on their cell phones every day at 10 am to be part of our Zoom daily connection.  It doesn’t require internet or intranet, it just requires getting one of our thumb drives and calling in each day.  None of us “would have thunk it“ last Spring, but here we are learning and getting things done.  Go Mustangs!

Feel free to call us here at the school with any questions 543-5610.  Also, you are welcome to pop in to one of our daily Zoom sessions by calling 253-215-8782 and connecting to Zoom session 374-887-0487.

We are already at the middle of the first quarter so now is a good time to check Powerschool for grades.  If you need help with that, please call the school and we will get you set up with your Powerschool login and password to check grades.

There is an old Danish fur trapper saying, “ the next mile is the only one you really have to make”  That’s us at KLA right now, we are getting through this Covid-19 time and one day the wind will be at out back again and we will be moving forward faster, but for now we are working hard and we won’t give up!

Thanks for moving forward with us. We look forward to hearing from you!
