We are excited to announce that next year KLA students will have increased opportunities to participate in Work-Based Learning placements and take a variety of CTE electives--woodshop, small engine repair, and entrepreneurship to name a few!

What is KLA?
KLA is an alternative learning school. As an alternative school, we seek to work with students who need help finding a different path to academic success that might not be found in a traditional school setting.
Our Mission Statement:
The Kuskokwim Learning Academy (KLA) seeks to increase our students' graduation rate and community involvement by increasing postsecondary plans, access to employment, and/or to technical skills.
The KLA Vision:
Every graduate of KLA will leave with a diploma, a job, and a minimum of 20 hours of community service.
